We May Have To Remove Stuff
We reserve the right to remove sketches and related data at any time. Although we don't intend on making a habit of it, if a sketch or the accompanying text is illegal or offensive, it may be best for everyone if we remove it from the website. If you see anything that you believe may be illegal or offensive, let us know.
We May Ban People
If someone repeatedly and knowingly does something illegal, offensive or damaging using Penolo, we reserve the right to ban them from using the service.
We Are Not Liable
We cannot be held liable for any damages. All data and sketches are the sole responsibility of the person who created them. We don't control the content on the website, and can't guarantee what will be displayed. By using this site, you understand that you may be exposed to content that you find objectionable, though we'll do our best to prevent it.
Copyright
By creating sketches and tweets through Penolo, you give Penolo permission to freely use and publish the data, in digital and physical formats. Third-parties are also granted digital use of the data and sketches, via the API. We don't, however, assert any copyright claims over the sketch or accompanying data.
